other than that, the log looks fine
The only thing im unsure of is this ~
C:\Program Files\Dell DataSafe Online\DataSafeOnline.exe
Is it backing up online or something? That could easily cause problems if its constantly running
Id recommend removing ALL dell software as its pointless and see how it is then.

Use the MCAFEE REMOVAL TOOL seeming as it will probably still have some remnants on your computer

Thanks. But do you think it could be slowing the PC down to the point that RANDOMLY Firefox and Internet Explorer fail to run. And it doesn't permit shutdown?0

Process Explorer will show you how your resources are being used.
I have used it often to isolate issues with performance
