Hi All,
Just to let you know I am currently pursuing a claim with M & S Money for mis sale of PPI. They have issued a final response but have not answered my points whatsoever. In addition I have repeatedly asked them for a copy of the loan agreement, transcript of the calls, copy of the policy historic details, a calculation of how much I paid and a calculation of how the policy was priced. They have done none of these as they say they are unable to locate the documents required. All they have sent me is an A4 piece of paper with a short abbreviated note saying that I called in to query the policy - this is apparently evidence.
I have continued to pursue the matter and they have now sent all my file to HSBC legal services (they are owned by them now) I have today spoken with quite possibly the rudest woman in my life today (I fail to believe she is professionally trained) she advised me that I would get a call back I enquired as to when I could expect it - she quoted "well I dont know I am not his keeper". I then called back later and she advised me if I called again I would end up with an injunction against me - has anybody ever heard anything so ludicrous???

Hi there
In regards to your matter, ring the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) and explain your situation here, I have not myself heard of this before but I think you do have grounds for complaint yourself here.
Ring the FOS who may offer to help you on your behalf:

Please let us know how you get on, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I would also report them to the information commissioner for non compliance of your request. No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
