Hi folks,
I am trying to communicate with DFS about an order which is going bad. I am being hindered by an inflexible customer service employee, and I'd like to circulate my email correspondance to a wider audience within the company to facilitate their contribution.
Does anyone have any names of the Management Team in the company?
I'd like to CC them in my emails.
I think it only fair that I share my experience with the influential members of DFS' staff so that they can take every opportunity to improve their service and market share.
Thanks,
ND

I can't help with any names within DFS but have you tried writing to their Head Office? The address is DFS Trading Limited, 1 Rockingham Way, Redhouse Interchange, Adwick-le-Street, Doncaster, DN6 7NA. Be sure to send any correspondence by recorded delivery.
Have you got a local Consumer Advice Centre? Getting them involved and copying them in to any correspondence normally does the trick. Failing that, why not see if Citizen's Advice can offer any form of words for you to use in correspondence. It's amazing what quoting a bit of legislation can do to get action.
It worked for me with a double glazing firm that I'd been having a nightmare with. I copied any correspondence to the C.A. Centre and the Glass and Glazing Federation. Result ... problem fixed quick smart!!Norn Iron Club Member 3300
