Easyjet Sports Equipment Charge

I've booked Easyjet return flights online for end of March and today tried to add 'sports equipment' charge ONE-WAY which should be £16.50 (I'm leaving it out there). It automatically charges for return flights (£33.00) with no option to remove one part.
Anyone know how to get round this online?
I've e-mailed Easyjet, but there's only a month till we go so not holding my breath!
Thanking you in anticipation...........:j

Book on two separate bookings perhaps.
