Tilly - that sounds like one of my diets:D Eating little but often is supposed to help, maybe make smaller cupcakes and have one of those everytime you've finished a batch of normal sized ones?!?!?:D:D:D

Hi Catherine! The farmer is hiding from me - but I have a time to meet him tomorrow to sort out roof!
Have spent the day with my terminally ill friend. Knackered now and younghusband will be back soon bouncing around like a puppy because he has 4 days off. Wish I could just crawl into bed and sleep. Would feel better if Blondie would post as well.

I've looked back through the posts and Blondie was here Monday, she had to wait a little longer to hear about the job, but not been back since...I've PM'd her to see if she's ok. Wish I had her email address or something.
I'm thinking that no news is good news though and she's off partying or summat............ever the eternal optimist:D:D

Just wish she'd bloomin post!

Am getting a tad concerned about Blondie now. Keep worrying whether it's a Sparky-related absence or perhaps if she's just feeling a bit down again. Blondie, if you're lurking (which I doubt but if you are) please post petal, we all miss you TONS!!!

The sun has come out over the high rise flats of Brixton, just as I return home from doing battle on Electric Avenue with the market sellers (cheap fish is worth it) and trying to force flyers into people's hands in the rain. All this with my gran-type wheelie trolley trailing behind me. Yes, I know it's tragic but I have no car and I hate lugging a multitude of shopping bags home so...I have a trolley (shameful secret for the day).

For whoever it was that asked, I organise a house & electro party every month on a Sunday afternoon in the Dogstar pub in Brixton. Probably not the best venue for a DFW meet (which by the way I'm TOTALLY up for) but lots of fun.

Ebs! A date you minx, you! Good luck with that poppet - tell all over the weekend please!!

Hello RR my love - how are you doing today? Has your week improved at all? You've definitely not been your perky self this week & I'm worried (even though I don't know you) so I do hope you're OK. Hope young(fit)husband is giving you lots of supportive hugs.

Agreed re your sentiments for Blondie. I'm sure there's a really good explanation (such as she has a life away from DFW unlike the rest of us - ha ha) but still hope our lovely thread-hostess is ok.
