Why self cert? I'm confused now

Get in contact with a good whole of market adviser, and they will get you a good mortgage deal on a full status basis

    What is your income?

SO if you have accounts, you can verify your income

So you can get a full status mortgage

Seriously - get in contact with a whole of market adviser who can help you before you end up doing the wrong thing
