because im self employed and cant prove my income0

i went through a mortgage company last year and they said i would be abe to get a mortgage but i didnt have the 2 other defaults then0

im taking home about £500 per week sometimes a bit less yes i do have accounts but its only very recent that i have been earning this money my accounts only show about 250 per week0

right the mortgage we have got to get is gonna be around £76000 i spoke to a broker and he said he can get me a self cert mortgage through beacon home loans at 6.25% fixed for 2 years0
