At that loan to value you might be able to. The interest rate and fees will be sky high thoughI am a Mortgage adviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. How old are the defaults?
The fact the mortgage amount is "only" £60k will mean that even if you can find a mortgage, and the rate is high, it will not impact on you as mcuh as if the mortgage were say £150kI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. How recent?
Last couple of months?
Potentially you could be looking at rates around mid 6%, maybe slightly betterI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Well, you should be able to get amortgage based on the above figures.
You haven't posted any other details so difficult to say if you meet all other criteria, but the low LTV is good - so you should have a good chance of getting a mortgageI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. No problem
I wouldn't go diret to lenders down the high street though, as with that credit history you are looking at specialist lenders that deal only with intermediaries.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
