Hardship claim from Halifax advice

I have recieved a letter today from halifax saying that they cannot respond to my complaint while there is a legal hearing about bank charges ongoing, i have claimed under the hardship rule.
They attached a financial statement for me to fill in, my question is that the "we cannot respond to your complaint" letter normal jargon or have i hit a wall!!:eek:

fill in the statement and send it back recorded delivery then ring and checked they ve recieved it its worth a try dont hold much hope like cos i claimed under hardship in aug last year am still fighting it so prepare yourself for a battle:mad: still waiting on halifax claim
