Using Picassa to share album

I have downloaded Picassa but am not sure how to share albums with my friends. Do I need to resize the pictures before I e-mail them? I have also tried to use the picassa mail but it will let me sign in. Please can you somebody give me some simple instructions what to do to send photos using picassa. Thanks

Open Picasa and Click F1 and have a look there.0

From Piscasa, Highlight all the pictures you want to send, good idea to group them together first, then click File, Email, then choose Mozilla Thunderbird (I'm assuming you have it) it will then load all the pictures that you have selected into an email, just put in the person's address and away you go.
If you want to reduce size of pictures, from Picasa go to Tools, Options, Email, here you can resize your pictures.
