Hi there,

I took out a loan with Endeavour which is now nearly paid off.

it turns out that they added PPI on my loan eventhough I ticked the box that I didn't want to take out PPI. I have paper work to prove this too.

Do you think I'd be successful in a claim??

You can have a go at trying to reclaim the PPI for this, did you have a broker who arranged this for you?

If so I would write to both of them, because its guaranteed due to my experience with Endeavour they will tell you to write to the broker if a broker was used.

However, I am not certain if you would be able to take this to the FOS if you were not successful as they were not actually covered for these sales until April 2007 (Endeavour), I will send you a private message on this matter, but still give it a go.

There is also a template letter on the link, but try to use your own words if you can, post by recorded delivery, they have 8 weeks to respond in full, another letter maybe required if not successful or until you exhaust their complaints procedures.
