1. This Prize Draw is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over who are residents located in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, EA, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To participate you will need to have a 'Coke Zone' account and a sufficient point balance. Each entry costs 2 points which will be debited from your balance on entry. There are no limits on the number of entries per Draw per account. Each entrant may only win each Draw once. To get an account please register. If you already have a 'Coke Zone' account you will need to log in. To get points, please enter the codes printed directly on the bottle behind the label on specially marked 500ml and 2L bottles of 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' and 'Coke Zero' made by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd.
3. Closing date for receipt of entries for: X Factor draw, 23:59:59 on 25/02/09; both Tina Turner draws, 23:59:59 on 28/02/09; Snow Patrol draw, 23:59:59 on 08/03/09; Paul Weller draw, 23:59:59 on 08/03/09; Simply Red draw, 23:59:59 on 25/03/09; Lionel Richie draw, 23:59:59 on 25/03/09; Girls Aloud draw, 23:59:59 on 18/04/09.
4. The Draws will take place on the following day of the Draws' closing dates and will be drawn at random under independent supervision. The Winners will be informed by email within 3 days.
5. The Winners will be required to supply their date of birth, full name and contact telephone number for fulfilment of their prize. These details will be requested prior to entering of the Draw.
6. There are 25 Prizes per event each consisting of 1x pair of tickets to the selected O2 Arena event, except for the Tina Turner event on the 08/03/09 where there are 10 prizes each consisting of 1x pair of tickets. Seats will be located in the following areas/level of the O2 Arena: Keane on the 12/02/09 and 13/02/09 level 4; X Factor on the 05/03/09 level 1; Tina Turner on the 08/03/09 level 1; Tina Turner on the 11/03/09 level 4; Snow Patrol on the 16/03/09 level 4; Paul Weller on the 21/03/09 on level 4; Simply Red on the 02/04/09 level 4; Lionel Richie on the 05/04/09; Girls Aloud on the 26/04/09 level 1.ID proving date of birth will be requiredin order to collect tickets at the door. The Date of Birth on Winners' ID must match the Date of Birth given at Coke Zone registration. Acceptable forms of ID include Drivers Licence, Passport or Birth Certificate. The Prizes must be accepted as offered and are not transferable or severable.No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with one of equivalent or greater value.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Prize Draw as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or as a result from any production errors or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Prize Draw.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a Prize if a Prize Winner cannot be contacted by email within a reasonable period of time to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion.
9. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant or Winner for any third party failures beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fraud.

10. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Prize Draw are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the prize and/or the prize draw except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
11. The Prize Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required.
12. In processing the Winners' information the Promoter may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter.
13. The name and counties of the Prize Winners will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope to: 'Coca-Cola' O2 Arena, Carlson Marketing, Carlson Court, 116 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW15 2NQ, within 2 weeks of the closing date.
14. The Draw will be conducted under the independent supervision of Enable and the Promoter's decision is final.
15. The Promoter shall not be held liable for system failures. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of such failure.
16. Conduct of participation. By entering this Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the 'Coke Zone' and prize draw Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any prize awarded or disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
17. This Promotion is subject to the Privacy Policy.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.
