    my heating comes on at 7am till 8am, then 2pm till 3 pm, then 5pm till 6pm everyday and the thermonator is on 20

    So you're telling us that during the freezing cold period we experienced after Christmas, you had no heating in your house for the 13 coldest hours of every day between 6pm and 7am?

    Are you sure a froststat didn't kick the heating into action during that time?

    Is the bill for a quarter (90 / 91 days) or another period of time, perhaps 80 days / 105 days etc? This would obviously affect the amount of units at the 1st tier rate or the standing charges as applicable.
