Great News Today For Claimers!!!!!

What a result, what a day!!!! Now I am after some advice, I am to be made redundant in the next 12 months, when I don't know, but it is a definite! Can I claim under the hardship rule? Not sure what to do next!!!

If you have been made redundant then yes. Regardless of anything put a claim in. The waiver is likely to remain in place for the time being in spite of todays case verdict.
The FSA Waiver i think will have one more renewal imho. Please read it and claim if you fall into annex 2(link to it is on my signature).0 -
I have already got a claim in but since placing my claim I have found out I will be made redundant in the next year. So wondered if I could ask for my claim to be put in the financial hardship bracket. Am yet to be made redundant!!
