How closely is your income monitored?

Hi,
We are in the process of applying for an IVA with Payplan. I was wondering how income is monitored - I get a bonus in April which I know I will probably have to pay straight to the IVA and I know I can't hide it as they will probably ask for regular payslips but how about other income for example sales on Ebay, also I started a website offering computer support services but most income from that is likely to be cash in hand. (I know I should register as self employed and I probably will if I ever get any decent business:rotfl:)

Hi,I`m with Payplan and I have to send it my wage slips every 3 months.
As for your bonus it will depend on whats in your IVA,you might have a clause in that says anything over £500 is a windfall and has to be paid into the IVA,also alot of IVA`s now have an overtime clause in them where you have to pay say 50% of anything earned over your normal income.
Regarding ebay sales then I think you will be safe unless your after selling the crown jewels!:p"Life is short even in its longest days".0 -
