Jet 2 booking fees

Just about to book flights with jet 2 got to the end and they are charging over £10 booking fee plus credit/debit fees when did they start charging a booking fee i know most airlines charge credit/debit fees but a booking fee!!!. I have now applied for an electron card to avoid these fees.

And by the time your Electron card comes the price will have gone up and ultimately you'll have not saved anything - most likely lost out.

I think that's a baggage charge rather than a booking fee

Nope, it will be a booking fee. Mine was £17.04 as well as baggage fee, credit card fee and taxes.
  • There must be a way to book without the booking fee - otherwise they would have to include it in the price of the fare - as it is an unavoidable cost - and against the law! (Like taxes etc have to now be included in advertised fares)
