I am feeling inspired to reclaim my charges today, but am wondering where to send my inital letters to?
I currently bank with HSBC and want to reclaim both bank charges and credit card charges from them- are there 2 different addresses to write too?
Also i used to have an account with The Abbey- can i still reclaim against them as they have been taken over by Santander, and if so, what is the addresss i should write too?
If anyone can help, that would be great-
