VW polo screen wash pipes

I have VW polo 1.2 55 reg 5door. The screen wash pipes have come off & I cannot see how to get to them to replace.Is there someone out there who can explain the route to even see them.

have you been using the proper vw screen wash

I have a shi ty new golf and the shi ty thing wants proper fluid, i put halfords stuff in and it !!!!!!ed the washer system up!

Are the pipes under the sound proofing?

Should be under the sound proofing like HWINITK says and please dont put any wrong washer fluid in it it needs to be synthetic based for the fan jets otherwise they clog.

Hi, both I have solved the problem!! There was a joint under the air filter box (had to take it all out) that had blown apart. 45mins to get at it,2secs to push together!

Well done for fixing the washers. The modern plastic pipes seem less forgiving than the old rubber pipes - if you're not using screen wash in really high concentration, the mixture can still freeze and push the pipes off their connections. At the AA we've seen lots of similar cases in many different cars, particularly this year.
