Can I reclaim again if the OFT decide that charges are unfair??

I have already claimed charges from HSBC to the total of £800, but doe's anybody know if I can claim back the money that they have charged me after they gave me money from the last charges?
(should be around about at least £300 now!!)

Yes, you should be able to make a subsequent claim.
If you're suffering financial difficulty, you may be able have some of the charges refunded before the court case is over. You need to make it known to the bank, you wish to be considered under the hardship guidelines.
Also, if you are still incurring charges, you may find it useful to look at the Debt Free Wannabe forum, as this contains useful information and support.0
