Hi, Im new here and a friend reccommended it, he told me to come here in search type cca requests then look for a letter N... i have looked everywhere for this letter, can anyone point me in the right direction,

Nope - you're not going mad. Letter N is a reference to the CCA request letter, but on another forum.
