Parking for the Park Plaza Hotel?

Hi everyone,

I have booked 2 nights at the Park Plaza for my boyfriend's 30th in a few weeks time, and apparently the car parking is in the NCP opposite for £12 a day. I am a little worried having read some of the stories on here about NCP car parks in Cardiff so was wondering if anyone had any experience of this particular one, or knows anywhere else safe/cheaper to park?

I live in Cardiff and have parked there on many occasion and had no trouble, admitidle not over night though. Can't think of anywhere cheaper, being in town is V.expensive,

Last time we stayed there the hotel validated it for us for £10 per night (may have gone up since then). Never had any problems there though.

we stayed here for one night,and left the car in the NCP with no problems

free parking on bottom end of richmond road,

will cost you about a fiver to get a taxi in to town, or about 1.30 on the bus in to town, Being MSE it will take aobuit 20 mins to walk it in..
