Block Policy Providers?

Options
Hi

I have a Share of Freehold flat in a house conversion (2 flats in total) in North-West London. We've just had a renewal notice for £420 for the block policy. It hasn't gone up since last year but I just wanted to shop around.

I have the policy from a local insurance broker.

Can anyone recommend any companies/brokers?

Many thanks in advance

  • Hi there

Well done on your debt repayments btw!!!

Not knowing where you live, it's difficult to know whether the price you have been quoted is good or not. I'd suggest you speak to another insurance broker in your area to see if they can get you a better deal, but you may also want to phone your existing broker and say "I'm just getting someone else to quote me too, so if you think you can do any better with the price, let me know"!
