Do a 'Print Screen' then paste it into 'Paint'?
Print screen button is top row, far left of your keyboard - 'Paint' is in 'Start', 'All Programmes', 'Accessories'.
If you do it that way, make sure that you save it as a 'JPG' file and not a 'BMP' file

Thanks Lulubelle. Can't find paint screen though! I'm useless at all this. Do you mean the Esc button? I've got XP if that's any help.

I think the keyboard key that T4i is referring to is Print Screen (may be abbreviated Prt Sc). Copy and paste into either PAINT or WORD.
This method works well, used it myself.
Good luck0 -
Thanks to you all. I'm hoping I can get rid of this irritating problem of not being able to print some web pages. My eyesight is OK and my only excuse is that I am suffering from flu at the moment - or just getting over it - and am struggling a bit. Still can't get print screen to work though - get the same message.0

Sal, with 'print screen' all you are doing is a snapshot of what's on your screen, so you shouldn't get any messages. When you pressed the button, you see no change, but need to open up 'Paint' ('Start', 'All Programmes', 'Accessories'), then press the 'Edit' function on the top bar and when it drops down, select 'Paste'. As soon as you do that, the snapshot you've taken will be on your screen.
PS Whisky is good for flu - it doesn't make you better, but if you drink enough you won't realise.

Thanks Lulubelle. I finally got there. Never knew you could do this. I shall now remember this clever tip and it will come in very handy I am sure in the future when I encounter print problems.
I shall now be able to print out details of a cheap desktop bundle advertised on ebuyer for a friend who badly needs a cheap PC.0
