additions direct problem

my hubby has an additions direct account, he placed an order a few weeks ago for a duvet cover, when we opened the delivery it was obvious straight away that it was not the correct one, the picture and description inside the packet was a black taffetta duvet cover, although the outside labels on the plastic wrapping for it stated it was suede circles, although it also had labels for a caramel cover, we had ordered a suede circles one, my hubby contacted additions straight away and explained, and we were told to send it back, but they no-longer had the duvet that we had originally ordered, and that his account would be re-credited. Today out of the blue shop direct turned up with a parcel, upon opening it, we were surprised to find the duvet that we had returned and a letter stating that the bedding was not supplied by them and and had been returned to us and that our account would not be credited and a further charge of £3.95 would be added due to their extra handling costs.
Where do we stand on this? We have not had any bedding from anywhere else. Also this is not the only thing that we have recently ordered from additions that has not been what we ordered, hubby bought a pair of jeans, the plastic bag had on the correct labels, but inside the jeans were the correct waist size but wrong leg size, they have obviously got things going wrong somewhere at there end.
