We are going to be giving our old PC to one of my OH's friends and I want to remove the internet history (not because I have been looking at naughty things either)
Are there any good free programs people can recommend or isnt it really that possible?
Thanks

Excellent information
I will have a look at the program and also great tip on the Internet passwords, had forgotten that one0 -
include clearing index.dat files - which CCleaner says it can do, or use the Secure Shredder in Spybot S&D to do it (you can't just find and delete them yourself like other files)0
