I have used our local franchise for signs express found them to be very good and fairly priced. https://www.signsexpress.co.uk, but would agree with the buy local.

Can't help with your question, but check to see if you need planning permission. Some "advertisements" require planning permission, so check with your local planning officer before you commit serious amounts of money.
