I was brought up with Led Zep, Whitesnake, Deep Purple and Bon Jovi constantly blaring out of the HiFi (remember those, how huge were they!!)
for some reason my Dad just doesn't like Metallica

I'm very excited because I received my tickets for Tina Turner :T I'm obviously very influenced by my parents musical tastes!! Should be fun, we're in the nosebleed seats and I'll be 31weeks pregnant - hopefully an ogre will have sympathy and find me a better seat (I can dream!!)

I was more of a Pantera (RIP Dimebag ), Sepultura, Metallica, New Model Army girl!
Still love listening to the old stuff!

    *WARNING SHAMELESS HIJACK ALERT*

Linda one of our cats is THIS close to getting put down. He is peeing everywhere and when he pees, he pees I mean its loads and loads and loads. We've tried everything, He's blind, has high blood pressure problems and has a skin complaint and is a very very nervous cat. We love him to bits but the house stinks of cat pee, he hasnt got a bladder infection cause he aint 'spotting' and he's eating and drinking ok. We've tried to be patient but its got to the point where we put him (and the other one as well) out every night because we just dont know what we are gonna wake up to. HELP, mi wife's gonna gan mental :(

a bit too heavy for my liking i remember there being a pantera song that everyone was obsessed with but I can't remember any details
I like a bit of everything really, used to be obsessed with Placebo and had a fair bit of korn, nirvana, system of a down etc but I've mellowed in my not-so-old age.
Now i like anything i can sing or dance along with and isn't too loud:o

oh lenny, that's a real shame... is he old? sounds like it might be for the best... especially with babby on the way.. one less stress... given his other afflictions sounds like the kindest thing...

poor cat.... and your family of course...

Sounds like his kidneys are failing him, poor puss!
Take him to the vets for a check up, it may be the kindest but very upsetting thing to do, end his long life with dignity
