I have just reserved a new build house and was wandering whether anyone had experienced any of the professional snagging firms that offer their services?
Would you recommend this as a service?

I am certainly going to use one of these companies if we buy new build. It just makes logical sense to me, because i might not discover a snag for weeks or months, but they know exactly what to look for.
You can buy a list yourself for about £15 rather than paying someone to do it for you... on snagging.org i think.Sarah.
