Capital One mailing

in Stoozing: free cash from credit cards
I've received a mailing from Capital One to apply for their Platinum Card which is 0% on BTs until 1st Sept 2007.

I've read and re-read the leaflet and summary box, and cannot see any mention of a BT fee.

Has anyone else received the same offer, and how generous are their credit limits?
