Every single figure is the exact same, yet there is a difference of 0.53p
The Sub Total on the Asda Delivery Note is WRONG.
This same thing happened last year. Asda refunded the money but were at a loss to explain why it happened.
Has anyone any ideas

Many Thanks

I had the opposite, last week my shopping online came to £82 odds but the amount on the delivery note was £78 odds and thats what came out of my bank. I definately got everything I ordered and there were no substitutions either.
I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.

No idea, but last year I had a £35/£40 shop come out as £80-odd!

The driver and I went through the numbers together and she was at a loss to explain it also. Phoned them up and they refunded without hassle. No idea how it happened though... and it hasn't happened again since.

The first figure (from the shopping list) of £50.12 is definitely the correct sub-total and the end figure (after discounts & delivery) should be £45.94 so they have overcharged you but as to how it's happened is a mystery!
