Block policy for house conversion.

Hello,
I don't usually post on this thread but would love some advice.
I hold Share of Freehold on my flat. The flat is in a house conversion with two flats in total in North-West London.
As I took the initiative to get the block policy in the first instance, I have received the renewal papers. I have a quote of £420 which seems really high.
Can I ask -
Does this seem about right?
Does anyone have any suggestions of who I can approach for further, more reasonable, quotes?
Please let me know if you need further information.

What are we talking about? Building insurance?
If so, a lot of north west London sits on clay making subsidence a possibility, hence the quotes.
Only advice I can give is to check that you are not overinsuring. Find a true rebuild cost rather than a year on year increase.
