Herbie. Looks to me like he/she failed to make formal reps in response to the NtO. In which case I see no chance unless some problem with bailiff behaviour.

On failing to make reps - it will help to see PCN to see if it explained the need as required and also the NtO.

I find it funny that any woman could
    a)park
    b)apply handbrake
    c) open door, exit car , shut door,
    d) enter house
    e)lift baby and fit coat
    d) exit house with baby and return to the car
All this is 45 seconds? no woman could do that in that short amount of time!
But i wish you all the best with your ticket problem

    im not a woman!
and as explained - i was less than 45 seconds! to be precise - this was the time of which i left my car (door not closed). the door to my house is 6ft away from my car. my baby awas already dressed, handed to me by my wife, thus putting both arms in the coat and zipped-up and back to the car! this takes between 32 and 42 seconds everytime weve 're-inacted' the scenario.
    but thank you anyway!
