Well this property is in the area we wanted but we know there will be alot of ups and downs before we collect the keys to our first home. I am sure we will view many properties before we find the perfect one and it all works out.0

i've been concentrating on one area, i know someone that lived about 1 minutes drive from the house i am going looking at and about 3 minutes away now, and someone else that lives 2 streets away from her and they both have given consistent advice about the area, then someone else that doesnt live in the town claims the whole place is in a bad state of disrepair and one thing and another, she is the section snob, was so funny when her colleague that sits opposite said as i was walking past ''good luck with the viewing at weekend andy, hope you find one you like'' :rotfl:Well this property is in the area we wanted but we know there will be alot of ups and downs before we collect the keys to our first home. I saw one exactly the same. It was 10k over what we could afford to I offered that and said first and final offer as we cant afford anymore. We are FTB with a mortgage agreed in principal.
An hour and half later then rang back to say the vendor had rejected. That was on Saturday. Maybe they will ring back, I am sitting and playing the waiting game.
