Be Careful of Bank Revenge

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Sent a claim in to First Direct for refund of bank charges asking them to act due to financial difficulties. I am temporarily on a reduced salary. They have frozen my credit card and are threatening to pull overdraft facility. Tried to open parachute account, with Nationwide, without overdraft facility and was refused. BEWARE, THEY TURN NASTY AND YOU CAN END UP AT THEIR MERCY. Dont know if they will honour mortgage this month as it will bite into o/draft. SCARY:mad:

    You need to ask the question why they have frozen your account? They cannot shut your account simply because you are claiming charges. Please read the FSA Waiver on Bank charges(link is on my signature).
