in Credit cards
I know and understand that there is so many posts about credit cards on the forums, in Martin Lewis book and on the web pages. But finding customized information is a little difficult, and i tend to panic when i cant work out my soloutions.
I own a Capital One No Hassle Platinum Credit card which is
6.9% p.a. variable on purchases and balance transfers
Typical 6.9% APR variable
I got my card for going on holiday a while back and typical i leave it until the 0% is nearly up. I have not seen any bursting charges just yet...but im sure they are on thier way.
If anyone has had this card before and can help me to understand the balance transfer proceedure to another service, that would be brilliant.
I rekon it will take me a few months to pay off my balance of £380 (out of £400 limit) which i stupidly left so late. So i would like to transfer to another 0% company. If anyone can recommend companies too that would be good, i was thinking of Halifax as my bank is through them.
Does it matter what my card was used for? As i made some small cash withdrawels and purchases.
many many thanks,
S. Hill
(P.S. I hate credit cards and wish i never took it lol )
