Subject access requests and CCA reqeusts

Can they be done together or will the SAR cover all the charges anyway, Im only asking as I'm about to post asking for the default charges from Barclaycard and had dowloaded the charges request template but would love to see the original CCA too.

If they have got it they should send it with the SAR.

Hi there

For the same account, for example loans and credit cards are with the same company the SAR should cover everything on that account going back as far as 6 years.

However as you know you enclose £10 cheque or postal order payment for the SAR where they should comply within 40 days.
Or as well:
Request for a copy of the agreement for a £1 postal order/cheque payment where they should supply this within 12 days of request.

Barclays should supply "everything" including statements within the SAR.
