Canceling A Holiday

So what. They are going to spend a lot of time in court this year then. This country is on melt down, people are losing their jobs every day.
Simple question - do I pay the mortgage and feed the kids ? or do I give First Choice my last £520 for a holiday we arent going to have ?

I did this with Portland a couple of years back, our circumstances changed and we couldnt afford to pay the balance and cancelled, we were told that we had to make up the balance of our low deposti and I said we were not in a financial position to do so and I just left it, they never contacted me again.
