    Have a look here http://www.blinds.co.uk/index.htm

The prices are pretty good & they are happy to send samples.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
  • Try these - I got some blinds from them and they were cheap as chips and really good quality

  • By far the cheapest place I found was, as paulstani said, Ikea. They do have a very good range. Think I got a couple of 80cm beech ones for £16 each and a 1m one for about £25. Much cheaper than B&Q and from what I could see they were more or less identical. Fitting was quite involved though as I ended up having to chop off more than the allowed amount either side. This meant having to swap the side the tilt mechanism was on. It's not brain surgery but it can be quite fiddly and time consuming. I also found, as I had wooden slats, the best thing to cut them with was a hand mitre saw where i could clamp quite a few in at the same time.
Check out the Ikea website as they should have them on there.
    Hope this helps

I've used these too. fully recommend them on price, service and quality. Although one of my made to measured blinds was damaged on delivery (in transit) it was replaced very quickly. Cheaper still if you pick em up. They are 5 mins from Liverpool St station in the centre of London.
I save so I can spend.
  • If it wasn't for venetian blinds it would be curtains for all of us!

def bargains to be had - did my conservatory for £275 in beech - lowest quote for plain white was £500.
Easy peasy to cut all at once use a circular saw ! saves all that messing around cutting each slat
    good luck
