The AA are doing an offer at the mo for free joint membership (for the price of single membership). I went through Quidco and got the roadside recovery for £45 plus £20 cash back.
I got a flyer through the door stating 'free £10 high st voucher when you join the AA' so I rang them and asked if they would apply this to my account since I'd only just joined...the nice lady said she would :)
I had to quote code 0500.
I dont know if there was a place to type the code in online, but if not you can apply online for the quidco cashback and then ring them with the offer code like I did.
HTH someone - It'll mean you effectively get a years joint cover for 15 Quid

    Cant find A.A on quidco
i love the paidtoshop website X

thanks.great tip.went for this on quidco acouple of days ago-saved me loads!
  • The free joint was option 100 but it seems to have ended, after you had signed up and got your number emailed you had to call the AA and quote the code
OOOh found that original link. It equates to the 15% they are showing on the main website now. Used quidco and will try for the xtra £10 with code in the morning! Great tip at just the right time - many thanks.

Is the joint membership offer still available as I can't find it anywhere on the AA website??

    Thanks.

  • Yes but its now called 15% off which is on main site. Final cost is the same. I joined on line yesterday but this morning they would not let me use the £10 High street voucher offer as it specifically states it can't be used in conjuction with any other offer. They seem to be on top of this now. Sooo I cancelled it again today too.

Have now gone to the RAC through 'My offers ' which someone kindly posted on here on a separate thread. Same service for £96-39 for joint Roadside, recovery, at home, accident care. Even using quidco and AA offer plus the £10 - this RAC offer still beats it. Also in first year you can pay by monthly direct debit with no xtra charge so your money can still be earning interest. :money:

    Thanks again! :)
