I'm certain:D, it will be, as when we start to see any growth, the spectre of the gargantuan tax bill that will have to paid will be looming large on the horizon. Forget house prices etc... the tax bill is going to be massive and considering we were paying a lot in the boom times, god knows what it will be like going forward, it's going to be crippling, not only on a personal note, but on the whole of the UK. It will keeps it's citizens relatively poor for at least a generation.0 -

I heard on the news earlier that the council tax was only going to go up 2% and my first thought was "Yay!!", then you get to wondering why....are they expecting us all to be massively skint/unemployed over the next 12 months?0
