Please don't just say "see the T&C's" without being more helpful. To which section or sentence are you referring?

    Yes - and so what?

The only pertinent point of the ones you have highlighted is 1. and I refer back to my earlier post:
...It would seem that CD WOW! would be deemed to have accepted your application by sending that - as long as you haven't breached any other T&Cs (multiple applications per household, for example.)

I can't see what "point" you are trying to make unless you are deliberately setting out to try and confuse people...

PLEASE could people only sign up ONCE for this so that the offer (hopefully) does not close and more people can benefit. I know some people (not necessarily on MSE) will abuse this offer thus making it less and less likely that these offers will appear in the future
  • True enough Kazzea. Mind you, blasting it out to untold thousands of people on the "Tips" email list will soon put paid to it anyway, I should think

Although I do think it is better if people don't abuse it, I don't necessarily think having the offer on here makes it less likely that they'll repeat it, really. Sites like this are fantastic publicity for CDWow and they know it. They may not NEED any new customers for a while after this, but other companies will see and take note. All CDWow and other companies really care about is sales sales sales, and though some people will only 'buy' the effectively free CD, a great many will buy much more. Because that's what people do, and that's why they put these offers on in the first place.

Just my opinion of course. :)
A penny saved is a penny gained
