Indeed. I don't buy or read Time Out, heck I don't even live in a region where it is published.
But I had a go anyway, no harm in trying. I've not received a voucher, and guess I am unlikely to. So what, my life goes on, I'm not gonan sit around whineging about it forever.
The way I see it is it I had a cheeky go.... why not?! But seeing as I don't buy the magazine and as already said its not even published around here, then do i really have any grounds to be annoyed? No...
