Got mine after emailing to ask where it was. Then replied to their email saying bought in London so e-voucher just arrived.

So who is getting these emails with questions? People who've been chasing up the vouchers? Or those not living in/near London?

I logged into cdwow and went through the 'contact us' in lefthand menu and then emailed customer services.
Got an auto response, now hopefully waiting for my voucher

Seems like a good idea to email them, but they do ask you where you purchased your copy of Time Out and where you live

I used reply@cd-wow.com, didn't get asked any questions just got sent the voucher by return, but probably provided sufficient details in my asking email to sound genuine :whistle:
Now all I need to find is a CD or DVD I want to buy - anyone got any recommendations.
