It's not Junk mail, it's the CD-WOW mailing list.

You asked to be on the mailing list, as part of this offer, to get a free CD.

Calling it Junk mail implies that they are sending you unsolicited mail, when they're not!

Hold tight, the CD voucher should be sent soon.

Oops. I said i didn't want any communication from them, I'm just used to ticking/ unticking that box. I've changed my preferences now, but thinking this would be too late if part of the t&cs?
I did apply for my partner too, though am not holding out for that... He no longer lives here so I didn't do anything 'wrong' but his 'billing address' is actually here still- its been easier not to update bank details.

Yes, read the T & Cs. The offer ended on 21st February.
