Well done Louise, so glad it's all over.:beer:Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

Well done Louise, did you say to the OR your husband in going BR? I am going first and wondering if I should say to the OR that my wife will be going BR0
-
Well done Louise & thankyou for sharing your experience.
My understanding is that the OR is there to document & look at resolution...not to judge at all.
Hope you are going to take some time out this afternoon for some fresh air to clear your mind. No point going over & over it now.
Its done now & you can start to look forward.

Many congrats and good luck!
I am at the start, just filled in my forms and off to court either Friday or Tuesday. I have been wondering about what would happen with the OR so it's interesting to hear. I found it tough speaking to the CCCS as well, especially when she said "the recommendation is that you go bankrupt" - I broke down too. But I guess these few bad days we face will all equate to a fantastic future, debt free and happy!
Can I ask what happens next, and also does anyone know what happens if you don't give satisfactory answers?0 -
Well done Louise, your interview sounds similar to mine, I back up what they want information from you, I was not prepared so hopefully your details will help others.:T0
