Final Mortgage Payment Redemption Charge

It should be made clear that these unfair charges only relate to mortgages changed or redeemed prior to Jauary 2007. I redeemed mine in February 2008 and have just phone to asked for a repayment of the Final Payment Fee and I was declined on the grounds that my charge was "fair".
