First Plus PPI help

Need a bit of help with this one.
Took a loan out with First Plus and put a PPI claim in against them. They have agreed that they missold it me and say that they will refund the charges and the payments I have paid against my loan account (a total of £10700).
However I am in a bit of a sticky situation at the moment and would rather that I kept being charged by them for it and they send me a cheque for the £10700.
If I ring them what chances do you think I have of them saying yes??
I know it is a strange request but as I say I am in a sticky situation at the moment.
Thanks with any advice

Knowing this company I think their immediate answer will be no.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0 -
You could ask them to take it off your loan account and reschedule your payments potentially? Can't see why they would object to that.
R.Smile, it makes people wonder what you have been up to.

They should be sending you a cheque for the PPI Loan Payments and Interest Paid to date plus 8% statutory interest.0

Im about to start proceedings (possibly) against them also. And if/when I end up in your position I will be demanding the money sent to me by cheque, as should you. I cant see how they are allowed to withold the money from you or try and offset it against your loan amount.0
