Don't feel guilty hun you are doing fantastic. If you overdo it you will injure yourself and then you will be back to square one. I remember when I started I was excited to get out there, see what I could do and desperate to get to the next hurdle. I shall be looking forward to your results tomorrow, just remember slow and easy (burns more fat)

Had a lovely time in Arizona..chilled by the pool in the sun for a coupla days, indulged in a bit of retail therapy round the (deserted) malls-the credit crunch had arrived in the good ole US of A for sure!And best of all, took a ride in a B17 bomber..not everyones cup of tea I know but it ticked my box!!!!Got BF's meds into the country without hassle, so that was good! Saw Bjorn Again last night and as we were in the front row, DD was picked to go on stage and perform Dancing Queen with them...she's still on cloud 9 now...oh, and congrats on the 'Boro goal Len!
