Business Rate Electricity and Gas - a rate?

Hey,
I'm pretty new here but I would really like a little help if anyone can.
I have to do a uni project on costing presuming a large automated knitting factory would be set up and I need to somehow get an estimate for the cost of gas and electricity for heating, lighting and powering the machines.
I just want a plain kW/hr rate really that I can use to work out the consumption and therefore cost but all of the supplier sites I have tried need me to enter info to get a quote. I think the usage will be fairly high but I have no idea really, I've only ever paid about 3 utility bills in my life!
The 'factory' is to be set up in the UK (North West) and if anyone has any idea of maybe what they pay, or a general ballpark figure rate, my group and I will be eternally grateful! (especially me as that is part of my section to do!)
Thank you very much in advance if anyone can help me!

Do some research and contact the gas suppliers.

You'll realise that domestic and commercial supplies are entirely different costs.

Suppliers may set their business traiffs based on anticipated usage, hence why they may be asking the question.

Unless you estimate how much usage this knitting factory is going to use, how is anyone going to be able to suggest a cost.

There are factories in the North West that have energy bills ranging from thousands to millions of pounds per year - it depends on their usage.

If you are a large user, you can also, for example, possibly arrange a discount if you are prepared to accept a loss of supply at times of unusual high demand.

I doubt any quote will be based on a simple case of x pence per kWh - there's only one domestic supplier that even does that.
