• The competition prize is provided by Mount Stuart Trust Ltd., a Scottish Registered Charity, No. SC009584 (Provider). The competition is promoted and operated by Travel 2UK Media Limited (Promoter), based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
• The prize is for a 2 night break for 2 at Nether Stravannan, South Lodge on the Isle of Bute including a Private tour of Mount Stuart. The prize is only available for the dates of, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September 2009. The prize is for accommodation and private tour only. There is no contribution to travelling expenses. The lodges are self catering, and so are entirely self sufficient – no meals would be provided. The lodges do have a stocked fridge with the basics of milk, cheese, butter and eggs as well as bread which are all locally sourced.
• We reserve the right to withdraw and replace the competition prize if necessary and replace it with an alternative prize.
• No cash alternative is available, in full or in part. It has no cash value and is not negotiable.
• The deadline for receiving entries is 5:00 pm (GMT) on Tuesday, 31st March 2009. All entries with the correct answer will be placed in a prize draw, from which the winner will be selected at random.
• The winner will be notified by email on Friday, 3rd April 20098.
• Entries failing to comply with the terms of entering the competition will not be accepted. No correspondence will be entered into concerning this competition. By entering the competitions, it will be deemed that you have accepted and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of entering the competition.
• The right is reserved by both the Provider of the competition prize, and Promoter to publish the winner's name, home, towns and photographs in future promotions.
• Contact names, addresses, and email addresses of all entrants to the competition will be provided to the Provider of the Competition who may wish to contact entrants at a later date. The Promoter may also use this information to contact entrants with news of products or services which we feel may be of special interest. • The winner will be announced and notified by e-mail only, on Friday, 3rd April 2009. The winner's name will be available on or after this date.
