Tupe transfer and holidays

What happens to holiday entitlement if you are tupe transferred and the subsequent company then goes into liquidation, are you still entitled to the holiday pay you accrued with the previous company ? thanks

If the company goes into liquidation then you would claim it off the redundancy payments office, incuding any notice or redundancy pay, as the terms of your contract remain the same as prior to the Tupe transfer0
